The Woodlands Farm Organic Seasonal Cook Book

Woodlands Organic Farm, based at Kirton, near Boston, launches its organic seasonal Cook Book on 1^st October.

Priced at £3.50 the book features 96 seasonal recipes supplied by colleagues and customers of the farm, together with a useful vegetable guide. Stockists include Bookmark of Spalding, Oldrids of Boston, and local branches of Waterstones. Copies are also available direct from Woodlands at a discounted price of £3.00, from local farmers markets and farm shops across the county.

Endorsed by TV and celebrity chef Rachel Green and Margi Lennartsson of Garden Organic, Peter Melchett, policy director of the Soil Association says ‘Woodlands is always doing something new and delicious. These mouthwatering dishes are an inspiration.’
