How To Become A Woodlands Farm Collection Point.

Delivery Areas.
The box scheme has been running since April 2000 and we are continuing to develop our network of convenient local communal delivery points in the villages and towns of the East Midlands. If you do not have an easily accessible delivery point we will make home deliveries where possible until one becomes available.

What Is Involved In Being A Delivery Point?
Customers have already assisted in reducing food miles by agreeing to be Collection Points for their village or immediate vicinity. In return we offer your vegetable box free, providing six or more customers collect from you.
Surprisingly enough being a collection point for the vegetable box scheme need not be intrusive or burdensome.

What You Need.

  • A shed/ outhouse/ garage for storage.

  • Access for customers which you will not need to oversee.

  • A secure letter box into your house where customers can post their money.

Woodlands Farm Will:

  • Create the orders and keep all customer records.

  • Provide a weekly delivery sheet telling you who the boxes belong to and how much money is expected.

  • Label the boxes.

  • Provide you with a customer phone list.

All You Need To Do.

  • Provide access to the delivery point during and outside working hours-at least until 7:30pm.

  • Check that the names and amounts paid correspond with the weekly delivery sheet.

  • Phone any messages through to Woodlands Farm should there be any changes to regular orders.

  • Phone customers who fail to collect.

  • Leave monies and returned boxes in a pre-arranged place for our van driver to collect.

It's That Simple!
